Scott Winters began doing graphic design back in
1997 out of need for expression within the music industry.
He soon realized the power of a picture, and began designing
full color images in vector format. He soon realized that
the print industry in his local town was limited mostly
to small designs for logo work. He was already beyond this,
and began to study his art form, and took it into the photo
enhancement and web development arenas. He has designed
for many clients and family members. One thing remains true
